The Photobioreactor Control Software is a universal solution developed for a wide range of PSI cultivation devices comprising Multi-Cultivators, small- and large-scale Photobioreactors and their accessories. The software provides intuitive and dynamic interface for real-time visualization of recorded data including online remote access. Number of advanced custom cultivation protocols can be easily set through the user-friendly adjustment of the individual cultivation parameters.

PBR Control Software


The Photobioreactor Control Software is a universal solution developed for a wide range of PSI cultivation devices comprising Multi-Cultivators, small and large-scale Photobioreactors and their accessories. The software provides intuitive and dynamic interface for real-time visualization of recorded data including online remote access. Number of advanced custom cultivation protocols can be easily set through the user-friendly adjustment of the individual cultivation parameters.

Besides the standard control of the experimental conditions through a graphical interface also java scripting (optional) for user-specific modifications of the controlled parameters is available. This allows to set unlimited range of experimental conditions based on particular user requirements.

Real time data visualization and data processing provide early feedback for proper experiment management. Storing data into database including intelligent searching is implemented. A multiple experiment export function into MS Excel or LibreOffice enables exhaustive exploitation of the gained results.

Versions


The PBR control software is available in two versions: Basic and Advanced. The Advanced version comprises additional features and is optimized for simultaneous control of different and multiple cultivation devices such as Multi-Cultivators as well as Photobioreactors from one PC. Software controlled communications with additional devices such as Turbidostatic module, Gas Mixing System GMS 150 and additional pumps are also supported.
